The Unbound were a group of seven broken T'lan Imass.

Once a scouting party for the Logros T'lan Imass, they were broken by the Jaghut Aramala who, until then, had been hiding in the Jhag Odhan. The rest of the Logros eventually arrived with an army to subdue Aramala. Because of their failure they were cast out from their clans, and cursed to witness.

Following the Jaghut Wars, the Logros T'lan Imass began hunting the renegades as they were travelling across Seven Cities and through the Nascent.

These same seven T'lan Imass were worshipped as gods by the Teblor who called them "The Seven Faces in the Rock".

In The Crippled GodEdit

The remaining five Unbound were travelling with Masan Gilani who found them in her search for allies. Beroke told Masan that what they aspired to win was their Master's release.

Their number was made up to seven again, when they were joined by Nom Kala and Kalt Urmanal. When the Bonehunters battled the Forkrul Assail army led by Freedom and Aloft, the Unbound protected their flank by keeping Freedom occupied.
