Seven Cities
Sanimon was a tel north of the Geleen Plain, sandwiched between the Saniphir and Bylan'sh Hills. It had once been a thriving city. The Sanith Odhan was immediately to the south.
The tel was described as a massive, flat-topped hill, half a mile across and over thirty arm-spans high. The plateau was exposed to the wind and barren. The eastern side was a high cliff wall.[1]
Sanimon was part of an ancient network of five tels on the Geleen Plain linked by roads which also included Painemon, Jhemon, Tathimon and Uhlimon.
In Deadhouse Gates
The area was the site of one of the many battles fought by Coltaine's 7th Army on the Chain of Dogs march.[2]
