Porule was a Free City on Genabackis.[1] It was likely located a considerable distance east of Pale, in the vicinity of the Porule River near the home territory of the Ilgres Barghast.[2]
In Gardens of the Moon[]
Dujek Onearm estimated that Porule would be liberated within the year by the Crimson Guard, indicating that it was amongst the cities which had been conquered by the Malazan Empire.[3]
