Councillor Imry represented the Kan Confederacy in the Imperial Assembly at Unta.[1]
In Return of the Crimson Guard[]
Councillor Mallick Rel required that Imry step down from his position in the Assembly and he put assassin Taya Radok to the task. He suggested that the reason involve "illness, personal, or in the family", but that the effort had to be concluded quickly. Taya replied that quick results could only be achieved through messy methods that drew questions. Mallick concluded that it did not matter. Any questions would be "swept aside by the coming storm."[2]
Taya's efforts bore fruit as Imry soon resigned citing an illness in the family. Those with sources in the household reported the real reason to be "a visitor in the night and threats to the family." Mallick used the incident to prod a group of nobles into rebellion so that he could seize their persons and property.[3]
