Hoggen [Hog-in] was first-mate on the raider Rheni's Dream. He was related to the captain of the ship, Murl, by marriage. He had a white beard and flat, dull eyes.[1]

Hoggen was slain by Stormriders on the day of the Shadow Moon as the ship made its way towards Malaz City.[2]
