Quon Tali
Haljhen was a city on the eastern coast of Quon Tali facing the Bloor Sea. It was located across the River Nye from Gris to its east. To its southwest was Fools.
Haljhen was ruled by a Count or Countess of Haljhen.[1]

In the formative days of the Malazan Empire, Haljhen was an ally of Malle of Gris. The Countess of Haljhen sent her daughter, Lady Amtal, to a planning meeting of Malle and the other Grisian allies.[2]
