The Ganetok were last remaining Awl clan of any strength in the Awl'dan.[1] Remnants of other clans, such as the Niritha and the Sevond, flocked to their banner.[1] They were led by war leader Hadralt after the death of his father, Capalah.

Notable Ganetok[]

In Reaper's Gale[]

It was the only clan remaining strong, as they were the furthest east (and as such the safest from Letherii expansion) and had hired the mercenary Grey Swords for protection. When Factor Letur Anict of Drene sent his soldiers to conquer the Ganetok, Hadralt gathered 15,000 warriors from the clans, seemingly to do battle with them alongside the Grey Swords. But Hadralt was too fond of the coin meant for the mercenaries' pay. He and his warriors fled from the field of battle, allowing the Letherii to gain a pyrrhic victory over Toc-Anaster's Grey Swords.[2]

Hadralt was later killed by his own Copperfaces after Redmask exposed him as a traitor working with the Letherii to trade Awl land for his own wealth. The tribe was thenceforth led by Redmask himself and waged war upon the Letherii.[3]
