Fire was a sword fashioned by Badalle when the refugee children of the Snake visited the town of Icarias in the Glass Desert.[1] The sword was made from a long shard of crystal that Badalle found in the ruins of the palace.[2] It began to blaze as she carried it. "Golden flames seemed to glitter in its heart." [3] She realized that there was power in the sword and decided it should have a name, so she called it Fire.[4]
