Bendal Home was a Soletaken T'lan Imass Bonecaster of the Kron nation. He had long, pale hair which dangled loose from beneath a wolf-skull helmet and he wore the fur of a wolf, his Soletaken form.
Along with the rest of the Kron, Bendal Home was summoned to the vicinity of Capustan for the Second Gathering. West of the city, their troop of fourteen thousand T'lan Imass intervened in a battle between four undead K'Chain Che'Malle K'ell Hunters and two decimated wings of Grey Swords. Recognising a war that needed to be fought, Pran Chole sent Home along with Bek Okhan and Okral Lom, back to Capustan with Outrider Sidlis. The three were to meet secretly with the mercenaries' Mortal Sword, Brukhalian. The rest of the T'lan Imass tracked down the other Hunters.
The T'lan Imass offered an alliance of sorts, finding the presence of the K'Chain Che'Malle unacceptable and expressing curiosity over the identity of the Pannion Seer. They offered to work with the Grey Swords until such time as they were needed for the Gathering. When Gethol, Hood's Herald, came to make Brukhalian a counteroffer, the three Bonecasters drove the Jaghut away.
