Arel

Arel was an early settler of Korel Island and member of Temal's warband. He was also Temal's distant cousin.

In Stonewielder

Arel and his warband fought Stormriders on the shore of Korel Island until their attackers mysteriously withdrew. Temal had to drag his coughing cousin from the surf. As they prepared to repel another assault they glimpsed a giant figure standing on the cliffs overlooking the shore. Will, Temal, and Otten went to investigate while Arel and the rest guarded the surf.
