Allan was a member of the Stormguard serving in the Tower of Ruel's Tears.[1]

When Lord Protector of the Stormwall Hiam came to inspect the tower, he recognized Allan from a battle three seasons back on the Rampart of Stars. Allan was pleased to be recognized by the commander.[1]
